Terms of Service

Elgo24 is an AI Marketplace where users purchase prepaid Elgo24 Credits and use them to unlock AI products offered on the platform. Elgo24 is not a chatbot or a subscription — Credits are consumed per product run.

• You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.

• Credits are prepaid units used to unlock AI products. The current rate is $0.10 per Credit with a minimum purchase of 50 Credits.
• Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and are not redeemable for currency.
• The Credit cost of a product may change; the price shown at the moment you unlock a product is the price you pay.

Orders are activated once payment is confirmed. If you choose bank transfer, our banking details are sent to your email; access is granted after the transfer clears. Card, PayPal and Stripe options are coming soon.

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Elgo24 and its licensors own the platform, brand and marketplace. Output generated by AI products belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers and applicable law. You must not reverse engineer, resell or repackage Elgo24 itself.

Some AI products rely on third-party model providers. Your use of those products is also subject to the provider's terms. Elgo24 is not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". AI output can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it for business, legal, medical or financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elgo24's total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Elgo24 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, fraud or misuse. Unused Credits may be forfeited where termination is caused by your material breach.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Elgo24's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Contact us for the specific jurisdiction that applies to your account.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
