Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones Elgo24 uses, and how you can control them.

Last updated: 8 July 2026
This page is maintained by Elgo24 sp. z o.o. ("Elgo24") to answer common questions about the Elgo24 platform. It reflects current app-visible practices and is not legal advice or an independent certification. Where you have specific compliance or contractual needs, contact us at [email protected].
01

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in and understand how the product is used. Elgo24 also uses similar technologies such as local storage.

02

Categories we use

  • Essential — required to run the marketplace, keep you signed in and secure your session. These cannot be turned off.
  • Preferences — remember choices like dashboard view and cookie consent.
  • Analytics — help us understand which products and pages are most useful, so we can improve them. Set only if you opt in.
  • Marketing — measure the performance of our campaigns. Set only if you opt in.
03

Cookies we set

  • aura-session — essential, keeps you signed in to your dashboard.
  • aura-cookie-consent — essential, remembers your cookie preferences.
  • _analytics — optional, aggregated product usage analytics.
04

Managing cookies

You can change your choice at any time by clearing the aura-cookie-consent value in your browser storage — the cookie banner will reappear on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely; note that disabling essential cookies will break parts of the platform.

05

Third-party cookies

Some subprocessors (for example our analytics or payment providers) may set their own cookies. They are governed by their respective privacy and cookie policies.
