Elgo24 sp. z o.o. ("Elgo24", "we", "us") operates the Elgo24 AI Marketplace where customers purchase Elgo24 Credits and unlock AI products. You can contact us at [email protected].

We only collect what we need to run the platform and your account:

• Account data — first and last name, email, and a securely hashed password.
• Order data — the credit package you selected, promo code, payment method and payment status.
• Usage data — pages visited, products viewed, and dashboard activity to improve the product.
• Device data — IP address, browser type and approximate location for security and analytics.
• Support data — the content of messages you send us.

• Provide, secure and improve the Elgo24 platform and marketplace.
• Process purchases of Elgo24 Credits and grant access to AI products.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, bank transfer details, receipts, security alerts).
• Detect fraud, abuse and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.

• Contract — to deliver the services you purchased.
• Legitimate interests — to secure the platform and improve the product.
• Consent — for optional analytics and marketing cookies.
• Legal obligation — to keep tax and accounting records.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with vetted subprocessors that help us run the platform — such as cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring and payment processing. Each subprocessor is bound by data processing terms and only receives the data required for their function.

Elgo24 is a global product. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and security obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use industry-standard measures including TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, hashed passwords, least-privilege access controls and continuous monitoring. No online service is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

Elgo24 is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
