Acceptable Use Policy

Elgo24 exists to help businesses grow ethically with AI. Use the platform in ways that are lawful, honest, respect the rights of others and reflect well on the responsible use of AI.

• Illegal content, or content that facilitates illegal activity.
• Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or sexual content depicting real people without consent.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or the exploitation of vulnerable groups.
• Content designed to harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against individuals or protected groups.
• Malware, exploits, phishing kits, or instructions for creating them.

• Impersonation of real individuals, brands or public officials without clear authorization.
• Automated mass outreach that violates anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR) or the terms of the recipient's platform.
• Making autonomous decisions with significant legal or safety impact (credit, employment, medical, legal) without qualified human review.
• Generating fraudulent reviews, misinformation, deepfakes or election-manipulation material.
• Attempting to bypass safety filters, rate limits or usage restrictions of any AI product.

• Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform without prior written permission — see our Privacy Policy for the responsible disclosure contact.
• Do not resell, sublicense or repackage Elgo24 Credits or product access without authorization.
• Do not share account credentials or attempt to circumvent authentication.

You are responsible for having the right to submit any data you upload to Elgo24 and for complying with applicable data protection laws. Do not upload sensitive categories of personal data (health, financial, government identifiers, children's data) unless a specific AI product's documentation explicitly supports it.

To report a violation of this policy, email [email protected] with as much detail as possible. We review every report.

Consequences of a violation may include content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of unused Credits, and referral to law enforcement where required. We reserve the right to act at our discretion to protect users and the integrity of the platform.
