Refund Policy

Elgo24 Credits are prepaid digital goods. Once Credits have been spent to unlock an AI product, the product run is delivered immediately and that portion is non-refundable. Unused Credit balances can be refunded within the windows below.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off period (for example the EU/EEA/UK), you may request a full refund of any unused Credit balance within 14 days of the original purchase. By unlocking an AI product with your Credits before the 14 days end, you agree that the corresponding Credits are consumed and no longer refundable.

For business customers, unused Credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase at Elgo24's discretion, minus any payment-processing fees.

• Credits that have already been spent on an AI product run.
• Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
• Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Promotional or complimentary Credits.

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include your order reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank transfer refunds require your bank details and may take longer depending on your bank.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most disputes are resolved faster directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under applicable law.
